Request account deletion
Use this page to request deletion of an account created in a LEONTE product.
What to do
- Email [email protected].
- Use the subject line “Account deletion request”.
- Include the product name and the email address associated with the account.
- Follow any identity-verification step we send to protect the account from unauthorized deletion.
What happens next
We will confirm whether an account exists and explain the deletion process for that product. Data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolution of disputes. Product-specific retention details will appear in that product’s privacy policy.
Never send your password, one-time verification code, or payment card details with a deletion request.
